A few weeks ago, after we saw Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Jon said he had pegged us five as the five children in the movie."Ooh, can I be Veruca Salt?" I said.
"The fact that you asked to be Veruca proves that you should be her," Emily said.
Jon was Mike Teevee because sitting in front of the television is his natural habitat, Beth was Violet Beauregarde, Chris was Augustus Gloop, and Emily was Charlie Bucket. Except for Beth, they worked out almost perfectly.
